We are proud to partner with College Park Academy during spring 2019!

FLOAT partners with middle schools in Prince George's County, Maryland. Partner schools are selected the summer before each school year and instruction takes place in the spring. 

All FLOAT teachers are undergraduate students at the University of Maryland. In the fall, students are invited to enhance their knowledge of personal finance skills through an on-campus course. Then in the spring, students have the opportunity to share their knowledge with youth in

Prince George's County Public Schools.

FLOAT operates with minimal funding from the Department of Economics and requires the support of donors to cover program costs (classroom materials, transportation, and snacks). Make a difference today by becoming a donor!
